Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Orquestria, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Orquestria is licensed software, not sold. Orquestria grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on your Windows device(s) for personal or business use.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute Orquestria without written permission.

Free: 2,000 words per week and 5 meetings per month. Includes push-to-talk transcription and basic meeting summaries. No payment required.

Aria ($4.99/month, $3.99/month annual, or $79 lifetime): Unlimited words. Includes AI post-processing, translate-to-English, and Pulse dictation analytics.

Harmony ($7.99/month, $5.99/month annual, or $129 lifetime): Unlimited meetings. Includes AI summaries, action items, speaker identification, and Pulse meeting analytics.

Orquestria ($9.99/month, $7.99/month annual, or $169 lifetime): Aria + Harmony bundle with full Pulse Communication Profile and cross-channel insights.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the billing portal. Lifetime plans are a one-time payment with no recurring charges.

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund on all paid plans. If Orquestria doesn't work for you, email contact@orquestria.com within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.

Refunds are not available after 7 days from the date of purchase.

Orquestria's transcription and AI features depend on third-party APIs (Groq, Deepgram). Orquestria is not responsible for downtime or changes to these services.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the auth server and transcription proxy available but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

You agree not to use Orquestria to:

• Transcribe content that violates any applicable law
• Abuse or overload the transcription proxy
• Attempt to bypass plan limits or authentication
• Share your account credentials with others

Orquestria is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Orquestria does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Transcription accuracy depends on the underlying AI models and is not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orquestria's liability is limited to the amount you paid for Orquestria in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Orquestria after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
